Tanzanian blend. We cultivate and roast only the finest arabica
coffee beans.
Our cup has a winey, fruitful feel. We blend our beans from
different regions and altitudes to produce a delicious, vibrant
flavor in every bag. No matter which roast or flavor you choose,

Coffee From Tanzania
Tanzanian coffee is much the same as the
coffee that comes from its Kenyan neighbor. Most Tanzanian
Arabica coffee is grown on Mt. Kilimanjaro, but we harvest from
the southern highlands as well. The ultimate result- an
exquisite coffee experience.
Tanzanian Coffees will generally have these characteristics:
• Sharp initial tastes
• Wine-like finish
• Medium to bold intensity
• Bright, fruited, sweet flavor
Peaberry Coffees
The term "peaberry" refers to the single,
round coffee bean found only in Tanzania. The rest of the
world's coffee beans grow with two flat halves. All peaberry
coffee comes from Arabica beans.
The round "pea" shape allows the bean a more even roast- it
doesn't hang up on flat edges, and rolls easily in our fluid
roasters.
The pea shape itself has little to do with the final quality.
What it does effect at Sweet Unity Farms is the bean selection
process. We carefully select only the best beans, peaberries
included, to create the coffee we ship to you.
